    Job Overview
    The role will lead all Business Development and Marketing activities for H&A Indonesian Office and support the southeast Asia region (Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore).
    Requirements :
    1. A minimum of four (4) years experience working in the Security Risk Management sector  is an advantages
    2. Poses a ‘current and active’ network of   key Government of Indonesia Security personnel; Police & Military
    3. Poses a ‘current and active’ network of key Commercial Stakeholders
    4. Proactive, with strong organizational skills and self-starter qualities also knowing when to seek line management advice
    5. Sound commercial knowledge and understanding of ‘doing business’ in complex environments
    6. Ability to Communicate and present to all levels
    7. Advanced knowledge of graphics and design for materials production.  
    8. Fluent English; verbal, reading and writing skills
    9. Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
    10. Strategizing and building capability to achieve targets
    Responsibilities :
    1. Developing innovative marketing materials to match the market
    2. Developing a Social Media Marketing Plan (does not need to be there)
    3. Executing client engagements in close cooperation with the Country Manager & Service Line Leaders
    4. Business Development Initiatives to win new clients and projects
    5. Work directly with each Country Manager to develop an account-level plan for their territory
    6. Execute the agreed commercial sales strategy plan, to meet or exceed growth sales
    7. Develop relationships with targeted clients, decision makers/stakeholders and H&A Business Partners
    8. Understand and effectively communicate the value proposition of the H&A service offering
    9. Develop new service offerings that can be implemented in different geographies where H&A is represented and transplant them across territories through effective client interface
    10. Collaborate with H&A consultants to understand client buying behavior and opportunities
    11. Support marketing efforts with branding, strategy, and content
    12. Develop new and maintain existing strategic partnerships with G4S whenever possible to diversify current portfolio
    13. Support development of additional partner service delivery capabilities based on observed client business needs
    14. Participate in appropriate professional organizations and industry events to exhibit thought leadership, develop new partnerships, and promote capabilities
